1. CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellation request can only be raised within 24 hours of order placement.
- For cancelling the request kindly send an email on [email protected], clearly state the order number and reason in the subject line of the email.
- Order once ready to ship cannot be cancelled.
- The refund for the cancelled order will be issued within 7 to 10 working days provided the cancellation has been done within 24 hours of order placement.
- Order once ready to ship cannot be cancelled, but if found defective it can be retuned as per the return policy.
2. RETURNS POLICY
- For any return order you must notify at [email protected] within 2 days of delivery of the product, clearly state the order number and reason in the subject line of the email.
- Kindly mention your order details (Order number/ order confirmation email) and details of the product you would like to return and your reason for doing so.
- If the product is returned, customer would have to bear the Return shipping cost – of sending the product back to us.
- The Shipping charge paid on a delivery of the product will not be refunded against the order.
- Kindly send back the products with all tags intact, in their original packing. If the original tags have been removed or tampered with, we won’t be able to process your return.
- Product once received by us will be checked to make sure it is in good condition and eligible for returns. Thereafter, we will credit your account within 7 to 10 working days.
- Customized/Made to Order outfit/s cannot be returned nor exchanged.
- Exchange can only be done as long as that item is still in stock.
3. SHIPPING POLICY
- We have associated with the most reliable logistics companies including FedEx, DHL, Delhivery, etc.
- Delivery period for your order starts from the date of Order Confirmation.
- Delivery time may vary product to product which will be mentioned during the order processing. Actual delivery time will start from the confirmation of payment receipt.
- Customs duties, local taxes or any other applicable taxes have to be paid by customers to our shipping partner at the time of shipment delivery and the amount of duties and taxes are subject to the policies of your destination country.
- A tracking number and link to our logistic partner will be sent to track your order.
- You will be able to view applicable shipping charges on the product page, before you buy a product, by selecting your country of delivery.
- The packaging of the product is done considering utmost safety of the product making sure you receive your product in perfect condition. If the parcel received is tampered/damaged kindly take pictures and email us on [email protected]
- Once the product is shipped from our end, the logistic partner will ensure that it is delivered to the destination in time.
- Due to some unavoidable reasons beyond our control, if your order is delayed beyond 2 weeks of the estimated Delivery date and time, our team will contact you to check if you would still like to continue with your order.
