Which payment methods do you accept?

For domestic transactions, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including MasterCard, Visa & American Express) and provide Net Banking Option across major banks. For international transactions, we accept major credit cards (including MasterCard, Visa & American Express) and provide an option to pay using PayPal.

Do you have a “cash on delivery” option?

We do not offer a cash on delivery facility at the moment.

Returns And Exchange

What is the policy on returns and exchanges?

We follow the highest quality control standards and ensure that each product is made with the care and workmanship that our customers expect. As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.

In case there is an issue with fit/sizing or the product is damaged, the product can be exchanged - please email us details and images (if applicable) within 7 days of order receipt at [email protected] You will be asked to courier the product back to us at our mailing address. Please ensure that the product has not been used and the appropriate documentation has been maintained prior to returning the product(s). Only after careful review of the returned product by our quality team, will the decision to exchange the product be made and the requested size be delivered to you. Please note that the shipping of the exchanged products depends on the availability of the requested size. In case the size is not available, the money will be refunded back to you in the form of online credit. The return offer is only valid on products purchased on full price and not applicable on products purchased during a special promotion or sale.

What if a piece is delivered damaged or delivered incorrectly?

If your order is wrongfully delivered (item delivered is different from the order placed online) or has a genuine quality issue, then we are open to extending a full refund or re-fulfilling your order. To return or exchange a product, please email us within 48 hours of order receipt at [email protected] ensure that the product has not been used and the appropriate documentation has been maintained prior to returning the product(s).

Are in-store returns or exchanges allowed for online purchases?

Online purchases cannot be returned or exchanged in our stores.

Can I book an order for delivery to more than one address?

Currently, we do not deliver an individual online order to multiple locations.

What is your order cancellation policy?

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing an order online. In the event of a cancellation, your payment will be returned to your account within 2 weeks.

What is your refund policy?

In case an order is cancelled or a product is delivered damaged or delivered incorrectly, please email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of order receipt with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and an image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item. Our team will look into the issue and revert back within 48 hours.

How will refunds be processed?

All refunds will be directly transferred to your bank account within 14 business days of reaching out to our customer care team.


How long will it take to ship my order?

All domestic orders take approximately 7-9 business days and international orders take approximately 7-11 business days for delivery from the date of dispatch.

How do I track my order?

Orders once processed and shipped can be tracked using the tracking number on the shipping agency’s website. An e-mail is sent to the customer after the order is shipped with this tracking number along with the service provider information.

How much will shipping cost?

The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check-out and customers will know about this before making any payments. In addition, goods to international destinations are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means displayed product prices are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Could I change the shipping address of the order?

Shipping details can be edited before your order is billed or shipped. However, all changes must be emailed within 24 hours of placing an order online.

Could I pick up my order from physical stores?

Online orders cannot be picked up from our stores.

What if I am not home when the package is delivered?

Our delivery agents will attempt to deliver the package three times before it is returned to us. Please provide your complete & accurate address including zip code and mobile number to ensure a seamless and quick delivery.

Do I have to register to shop online?

Orders can be placed online without registering online and logging in as a guest. However, by registering online, you will be able to save your shipping and billing information, view your order history and access other key details.
